The meeting was ARES training for DEC's and EC's.  It was held at the State of Florida Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in Tallahassee.  There may have been 1 or 2 non-hams there, but as far as I know, everyone was a ham.  There was probably a hundred or so people there.  Most of the people there were from the North Florida Section, but there were a few from the South Florida and West Central Florida Sections too.
